The rooms are nice and clean, as if recently renovated. This hotel is excellent for access and a strategic location in District 1. The service is also excellent, very helpful, and friendly. Pro tip: don't choose a room next to the elevator, as it can be noisy. Otherwise, it's very good and recommended.

This is my 3rd visit to HCM city. Vibrant, green, and interesting city. Lots of walking distance attractions. This hotel is centrally located... 2 minutes to the infamous Ben Thanh Market. For Muslims, there is "Malaysia Street" for halal meals just nearby. Worth visiting.

Petugas-nya lumayan ramah. Kamar luas harganya murah & sudah include breakfast. Breakfast-nya juga lumayan enak, ada roti kering gula-nya enak sekali. Pesanan kamar saya suite, karena penuh di-upgrade menjadi kamar family namun tidak berguna juga untuk kami yang datang hanya berdua karena luas kamarnya pun sama, hanya ranjangnya saja jadi lebih banyak. Ranjangnya kurang nyaman karena ranjang kayu dan berisik sekali. Setiap gerak bunyi. Lokasi sangat strategis dekat sekali Ben Than Market. Cari makanan dan Grab gampang dijangkau.

Convenient location, right in the center, other than that there are no other plus points. Staff is annoying or just annoyed with Vietnamese guests but very welcoming for foreign guests. I want to be explained in detail about the room type and room rate, but the staff keeps asking for more money to change rooms? You should note the room type and capacity. When I booked the room, I chose Double delux, which can accommodate 2 people, but the room and room rate are only for 1 person (although I have defaulted to choosing 1 room for 2 people from the beginning). Therefore, the displayed price for the room type looks cheap, but going for 2 people has to make up for it and is on par with other 3 * hotels. The hotel looks new and clean from the outside, but it's actually very old and dilapidated. Hard beds, smelly elevators, toilets equipped like cheap motels, not worth it. Poor soundproofing, noisy guests or room staff are all heard inside, can't sleep at all. Parking at the hotel 20k/night, the parking place is a garbage house or something, very stinky. If you're just traveling or for business, it's fine, but for this price, I don't recommend this place.

This is my 2nd time staying at the hotel. Although the room is smaller from my 1st trip last Oct 2022, but the room and toilet is clean. Staff is helpful. Definitely will choose this hotel again for my next trip to Saigon.

The hotel put 3 bottles of lavie water in the freezer. I drank one bottle. When I checked out, they wanted to charge me with 2 bottles. They reasoned that they put 4 bottles, there were 4 bottles. I asked them to confirm the actual quantity with the first room clearer. Finally, it settled with 3 bottles. Such final annoying experience with other uncomfortable experience at that hotel. My boss also asked me to never make reservation at that hotel again.

Phòng hơi nhỏ, đêm đầu phòng nghe mùi nhưng đêm thứ 2 thì bình thường. Gần trung tâm nên đi đâu cũng tiện, đồ ăn sáng thì ít phong phú (nhưng vì khách sạn nhỏ nên chấp nhận được. Nhân viên thì thân thiện, đặc biệt chị phục vụ bếp (kg nhớ tên) nhưng rất rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Lần sau sẽ quay lại
