great hotel with excellent service. Breakfast has various food with excellent quality. there are also a few Vietnamese dishes and they taste great. Rooms are always clean, modern and well equipped. I believe this is one of the best hotels in Can Tho so you can't go wrong with it.

Complimentary for children under 5 years old staying the same bed with parents (maximum 2 childrens). Children from 6 years old to 11 years old shall be surcharged an additional fee at VND 80,000/ night with breakfast, and will be charged directly at the accommodation. Guests 12 years old and older are considered as an adult and will be charged at VND 350,000/ child/ night at the accommodation.

This time I came back to Iris for me, but the infinity pool and restaurant are still in the process of being completed. I will come back to Iris to experience it. A small suggestion is that there should be staff on duty at the pool area. The spa is super ideal and high quality.

The location is near the center so it's convenient for traveling, the room is spacious and clean with fruit set up every day, the breakfast buffet doesn't have too many dishes but the food is okay, the only minus point is the service of some reception staff, the service is not good

Room is large and clean. The receptionist is quite friendly. At 7:45 a.m., I came back from the floating market and the buffet food was out of stock. I couldn't find any refills. The lady who prepared the omelets was not very friendly.

Staffs weren't friendly, seldom smile. They ignored us when we say thank you after we asked for thing. There were not warm shower. It was cold or a bit less cold water. Sink water was having hot option. We used to stay at this place before. It was much better than this time.
