The hotel rooms are spacious, however, the cleanliness still falls short of 4-star standards. Improvements are needed.

This time I came back to Iris for me, but the infinity pool and restaurant are still in the process of being completed. I will come back to Iris to experience it. A small suggestion is that there should be staff on duty at the pool area. The spa is super ideal and high quality.

Room is large and clean. The receptionist is quite friendly. At 7:45 a.m., I came back from the floating market and the buffet food was out of stock. I couldn't find any refills. The lady who prepared the omelets was not very friendly.

The room is not soundproof, very noisy and can't sleep. Called the manager because the room next door was noisy at midnight but still no solution
