cups and plates were very dirty, only one large bath towel, no face towels, toilet paper had signs of mold or was fake. breakfast area was very hot, cleaning was also poor

Extremely disappointed. the hotel is dirty, no one cleans the room, the humidity is low and the noise is bad, the noise from the next room affects other rooms. Free breakfast I ordered 2 nights but only free for 1 day, the next day called out to eat. breakfast is nothing but breakfast bread. Overall too disappointing to stay at this hotel. Only one is his other day booking but the hotel does not charge extra and the boss "seems" enthusiastic but did not help anything.

Hic. The room is downstairs in the lobby, damp, the television is blurry, can't see, the air conditioner in the hidden corner feels cool, the closet is old ... In general, I have no intention of going back there a second time. if back to Ha Long

Nice room, cool, enthusiastic, I booked 3 rooms, my room is at the most open view, there are also very nice balcony seats. I have a small child who can borrow a cart very well (this is lucky because my sister also has a baby so I can borrow it, hehe) (not related to the hotel, but there is a Massage shop next door but everyone I should not go there, I am already, the type of massage shop ... not a professional massage)
