The reception is quite enthusiastic and friendly. However the room was very bad. I did not expect a very good room at this price but the room was very bad: full of dust, dirty towels like rags, leaking water, and especially a dog-hole screen before entering the room ( see picture to know)

bẩn kinh dị luôn ạ vựa nhận phòng là trong phòng còn rác chốt cửa tồi tàn chăn đệm có cát, đệm thì dính máu gì đó, bồn cầu thì lắc lư, vòi sen phải dốc ngược xuống nước mới chảy đã thanh toán trên app nhưng vẫn bị thu thêm phí gì đó 60k hỏi thì không nói trong khi không sử dụng nước uống hay bất cứ thứ gì trong phòng vì quá bẩn, thêm cái chăn ga và phòng cực kì hôi hay kẹt khoá nữa chỉ được nhân viên nhiệt tình

Tôi đặt 3 ngày để cố ý lấy phòng trước vì checkin trễ sợ hết phòng đẹp, sau đó lấy phòng của tôi để đưa cho khách khác, chưa nói tới đó phòng rất dơ máy lạnh không lạnh, nước không chảy, toilet hôi, khách sạn cực dơ, không có nỗi cái máy sấy tóc, xong rồi cửa đóng không kín ngặc nỗi nữa là không hề có phòng nào sạch tệ hơn khách sạn thuê giờ trong Sài Gòn! chưa kể thuê giờ ở đây lấy giá trên trời nhưng dịch vụ dưới lòng đất, nhân viên chễnh mãng, nước chảy không nỗi tới cái vòi xịt nước cũng dơ nốt gạch muốn bong lên cứ tưởng đang ở phố cổ bản shopee tệ hơn chữ tệ là toilet không thoát mùi được và cống bốc mùi liên tục hôi kinh khủng và đầy cát bụi cực gớm, giường cứng ngắt thua cả giường mành, lấy cái rèm cửa làm mền cho khách, khăn dơ đen thôi mà bày đặt xài khăn trắng, cái rèm cửa làm mền còn bị rách, tủ lạnh đầy mùi ẩm mốc của vi khuẩn và cực khai, máy lạnh mở nguyên đêm thua cái quạt máy 500k siêu tệ ai có suy nghĩ chỉ để ngủ và đi chơi nhiều không quan tâm thì nên suy nghĩ lại vì nó là chỗ cho heo ở không cho người👎🏻
