There's nothing to say about the receptionists. But even though I read the reviews in advance and had a good attitude, I didn't think the room would be so bad. The toilet was stuffy and the smell was so strong when I flushed it. The room was soundproof so I could hear every sound clearly, the bed sheets and pillows were all yellow, and the air conditioner was on as if it wasn't on. Oh my god, I booked and paid in full so I tried to stay, but now that I mention it, I still get goosebumps. Oh, the wifi was weak too, even though I was staying at the hotel, I still had to use 4G. The TV didn't work, and the refrigerator was covered in mold. The lobby looked pretty nice, so why didn't they upgrade the rooms?

Mình đặt phòng trước trên app, phòng mình đặt là phòng 2 giường rộng, hướng thành phố, nhưng khi đến thì báo mình là hết phòng to ở tạm phòng nhỏ. Vì mình chỉ cần chỗ ngủ qua đêm và nghĩ phòng cũng không đến nỗi nào nên cũng đồng ý. Nhưng khi lên phòng thì mình thật sự bất ngờ vì phòng khá là cũ, bí, lối đi cũng sập sệ, như được cải tạo từ phòng trọ sinh viên. Chăn ga gối thì cũng cũ, vết bẩn, ố giặt không sạch. Nội thất trong phòng cũng khá cũ, không có máy sấy, nhà vệ sinh hơi mùi và phòng không cách âm. Mình có xuống hỏi đổi phòng thì bảo ở tạm một hôm, hôm sau mới đổi phòng được vì nhà đang sửa, nhưng sang hôm sau mình hỏi lại thì vẫn là câu như vậy. Các bạn nhân viên trẻ và cũng không được ý tứ mấy khi đêm rồi nhưng nói chuyện rất to. Điểm cộng duy nhất là có một bạn nhân viên khá nhiệt tình, lúc thấy mình đến có ra đỡ đồ cho mình, và thấy mình bầu nên lúc đi ra vào chỗ cầu thang cũng đỡ mình lên xuống. Lỗi của mình là không đọc kỹ review nên mọi người đừng gặp lỗi như mình, nhận phòng mà cực kỳ thất vọng.

Khách sạn tầm trung mình chỉ ở 1 đêm nên không có gì bất tiện, nhà vệ sinh hơi hôi thôi còn giường thì sạch sẽ oke
