Home is very happy that you had a comfortable stay and were satisfied with the friendliness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom. We apologize to you very much about the smelly towels. Home has noted this problem and would like to explain that at that time, Quang Ngai had a long period of heavy rain, causing the towels to not be dried in the sun enough, leading to a damp smell. This is a major shortcoming of Tron Homestay and we will thoroughly fix it. Home is replacing all towels and checking the washing and drying process to ensure that this problem will never recur. If you encounter any problems in the future, please do not hesitate to immediately notify the receptionist for timely support. Once again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve. Some rooms have balconies and airy windows, while two rooms have large windows that cannot be opened because they are directly adjacent to the garden of the neighbor's family, this is to ensure privacy for both parties. Home is sorry for the inconvenience that this has affected your experience.
