Tron Homestay would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to review and share your experience. Home is very happy that you had a comfortable stay and were satisfied with the friendliness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom.
We apologize to you very much about the smelly towels. Home has noted this problem and would like to explain that at that time, Quang Ngai had a long period of heavy rain, causing the towels to not be dried in the sun enough, leading to a damp smell. This is a major shortcoming of Tron Homestay and we will thoroughly fix it.
Home is replacing all towels and checking the washing and drying process to ensure that this problem will never recur. If you encounter any problems in the future, please do not hesitate to immediately notify the receptionist for timely support.
Once again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve. We hope you will continue to trust and choose Tron Homestay on your next trips!

Regarding the issue of the window not being able to open, Home apologizes for not clarifying it in advance. At Tron Homestay, we have many different types of rooms. Some rooms have balconies and airy windows, while two rooms have large windows that cannot be opened because they are directly adjacent to the garden of the neighbor's family, this is to ensure privacy for both parties.
Home is sorry for the inconvenience that this has affected your experience. We will take note to provide more detailed information about each room type on the booking channels, helping customers easily choose the most suitable room.
Hopefully Tron Homestay will still be your choice in upcoming trips and we will have the opportunity to serve you in a room with a really airy balcony.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng đãng, yên tĩnh, nhân viên thân thiện. Mặc dù có việc bận nên checkin trễ (tầm 23h30) nhưng home vẫn hổ trợ nhiệt tình. Nếu có cơ hội quay lại QN sẽ ghé đến home lưu trú.

Dirty, had ants everywhere, the ants even got in our suitcases. No elevator and we had 2 flights of stairs. Location is not great.

But at each floor, we arrange tables and chairs outside. So if you need to work alone in the room, our staff will arrange it for you immediately upon request. Phòng sạch sẽ, thơm mùi xả rất dễ chịu ạ. Chị chủ trắng, xinh mà còn dễ thương, giảm giá xe cho tụi em 😚. Có ban công đầy nắng, mặc dù không nằm ở trung tâm nhưng chỉ cần qua cầu là tới thành phố, sáng sớm dậy là được hưởng không gian yên tĩnh, không khí trong lành và chim hót líu lo.Hoàn toàn hài lòng, không gì để chê luônn.
