This was the second time I’ve stayed here and it was just as lovely as the first. We had a room that overlooked the dragon bridge and the city. The rooms were clean and we had chocolate delivered every afternoon. A big thank you to the spa ladies who looked after us when the weather was bad 🌸

A Home Away from Home at Vanda Hotel Our stay at Vanda Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. • Housekeeping: The room cleaning service was excellent. Everything was spotless—thank you! • Dining Experience: Breakfast was great every morning. A special shout-out to the manager, Mr. Vinh, and the ladies, Lysa and Linh, who were always attentive to our needs. • Concierge & Bellman: My friend Mr. Diew Van was excellent; he was always very helpful and looked out for us during our stay. • Management: The manager, Mrs. Duong, is a truly special person. She is deeply committed to ensuring every guest is fully satisfied with their experience. • Guest Relations & Reception: The team always greeted us with a smile and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Conclusion: Even though Vanda Hotel is a large property, the staff manages to create a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

Don’t expect to see the Dragon Bridge fire breathing show from any room or roof of the hotel. The angle is wrong. But you do have a view of the Dragon Bridge just not the head.

⸻ I had a wonderful stay at Vanda Hotel. The location is excellent, right by the Dragon Bridge and close to everything you need in Da Nang. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views of the city and river. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service. I would like to especially recognize Truc, Binh, and Trinh for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The bellboy also did an excellent job, assisting us promptly with our luggage and transportation arrangements. The staff’s hospitality reflects the highest standards of service. I highly recommend Vanda Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang and would gladly stay here again.

Everything! Wish I was staying longer than a day. Truly a 4 star hotel with an amazing view of the river. Amazing breakfast and walking distance to the dragon bridge which is why I chose his hotel. I got to see the dragon breath on a Friday evening at 9pm. Also, the cathedral and museum are a stones throw from the hotel. Very spacious with a small chocolate box in the evening. Staff was amazing too. A big shout out to the door man who told me where the best viewpoint of the dragon breath was on a map, housekeeping, the breakfast staff and reception Truc Binh and Trinh Tuan. If I am back in the area, will definately stay again. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Vanda Hotel from February 17 to February 26, 2026, in a Grand Suite, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the Han River and the Dragon Bridge, truly one of the highlights of my stay. Waking up to that view each morning was special. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I would also like to give special recognition to Vanda staff including Truc, Thien, Huyen, who assisted me every step of the way. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, though I felt the variety and overall quality could be improved. The gym facilities were usable but somewhat limited, some equipment appeared older and not as clean as expected, and the room felt a bit stuffy, possibly due to the air conditioning not working at full capacity. That said, despite these minor areas for improvement, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to the management team and all the staff for making my visit comfortable and memorable. I would gladly consider staying here again.

Hotel was centrally located. Nice breakfast with lots of selection.Rooms seemed clean. We had an issue with the shower upright holder and I had to MacGyver it to stay up by wrapping a plastic bag and tying it under the holder. One night I spotted a large big crawling in the bathroom. One quick step and it was dead.
