The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and the hotel was clean.

Bad attitude from the staff when handling our booking during the typhoon. We had to cancel our trip as we faced difficulties with transportation during the 13th typhoon in Central Vietnam. After being unable to find any solution, we called the hotel to request a booking change. The receptionist informed us that they would call back the next day at 8:00 AM, but no one did. I then called back and spoke with Ms. An Nhi, who introduced herself as a sales representative. However, she did not listen to our situation and responded in a rude tone, saying, “There is nothing happening in Da Nang, so we cannot help you.” Even when I tried to explain, she kept interrupting and laughing over the phone. We understand that our booking is subject to terms and conditions and may not be refundable or changeable. However, given the weather situation, the hotel could have been more flexible or at least shown empathy and the right attitude as it should be hospitality & human being.

I had a 5-day experience at the hotel. I was not satisfied with the hotel cleaning the room every 2 days, only changing towels but not sweeping (room cleaning tips are still accepted).

Here I have to say I should give it 100/10 for the beautiful location, beautiful room view, clean, delicious breakfast buffet, great amenities and conveniences around. Worthy of being a destination to return to when coming to Da Nang

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff is friendly. However, the parking lot at the hotel lobby is too close, there is no space for other guests to move around. The parking staff must rearrange the parking lot to leave a path in the middle for guests to go up and down.

My family is very satisfied! The room has a great view, everyone chose room number 8,9 to look at the Dragon Bridge. Spa service is ok, surrounding amenities have many quality shops.
