We had a nice night here. Hotel location near sun world, near the beach and the beach. The staff are very nice. I had arrived 2 hours earlier but the hotel still agreed to check in and also actively proposed room upgrade too ❤️. My room is very clean, neatly arranged and quite comfortable. The buffet breakfast on the 7th floor overlooks the beautiful sun, the food is a bit bland but overall quite good. The receptionist was still a bit awkward, but the car rental and rental assistance was very enthusiastic. If I have the opportunity to return to the sun world, I will continue to book Vincent.

They have made our stay so comfortable and nice, we had to come back from our trip to Ha Long Bay. They provided extra towels for my daughter, held our luggages to our room, opens the door every time we enter or exit, and were always smiling and attentive. Oh, and breakfast was out of this world. Rooftop bar has amazing view, pool is clean, although very slippery. They offer 20 different food on top of pho, omelet etc. I ate passionfruit everyday. Overall fantastic stay.

The time when she and her family used the service was also close to the time when the restaurant stopped serving breakfast to prepare for lunch, so the staff in charge of the restaurant area informed that customers were having fun. Please go to the buffet counter to get more food because it's time to stop serving. Vincent Ha Long Hotel with the advantage of being built in the entertainment center area for tourists at Sunworld Ha Long Park, Bai Chay bridge or Vuon Dao market area. However, this is also a limitation for the hotel in terms of area used and built. Due to the limited scope of use, some rooms at Vincent Ha Long hotel have limitations, especially the area as you have seen. We are sorry for the uncomfortable experience at the Hotel. The hotel has a neoclassical design style, so it sometimes feels a bit old for customers, but in fact the hotel has just come into operation. The hotel is good, but the car rental service is like () renting a new car for guests to drive a gasoline-powered car that runs like a horse across the fire bridge, the car is stopped and the car is driven all the way to the restaurant, then call someone to get it. trying to collect an extra 250k from the guest. According to our group list we can see a 5-year-old child and according to the regulations of the hotel children from 5 to 11 years old will be charged an additional 70,000 VND for breakfast (not including extra bed). The new hotel is clean, right cable car with Sunworld kgt but there are 2 points not very ok: 1. No people open the door to bring luggage to help, the door closed, must bring luggage up the stairs, but no drag , The taxi also said "maybe this hotel has not opened again, why is it translated", the lobby is quite wide when I entered the 2 receptionists and also looked at me, but did not say anything until I came to be new. ask ... 2. Book clearly as a double bed but put a 2 bed room, I'm not sad to ask because quite tired.
