The guesthouse is spacious, clean and airy. Friendly, attentive staff. Serving 24/24, not afraid to go out late and be banned. 10 dong. If you have the opportunity to come back to Da Nang, definitely stay here

My friend checked in early, the room was booked but the guest had not checked out yet so he had to pay a small fee and got a room upgrade. The room was clean and airy, the male receptionist was not very cheerful, the female receptionist was okay during the day. In addition, if the hotel receptionist has someone to help welcome guests and move their suitcases, guests will also feel the thoughtfulness from the beginning.

The owner is very enthusiastic, he can help with anything. I arrived early at 10am and the photo also allows me to check in with no surcharge, if I ask for a photo of the room with a balcony, luckily the hotel has an empty studio room, so I can upload the picture through that room without surcharge (I originally booked the room). It must be said that the bed here is too big for 2 people. The hotel is near the sea, near the hotel, there are many places to eat and wash clothes, vinmart

It's terrible to stay at this hotel, the 3-star hotel is extremely bad, the stickers crawl around the house, the house is broken, the hotel doesn't clean the room, don't change the sheets and pillows. Too bad, staff attitude is extremely poor

Phòng mình đặt vừa đủ cho 4 người, nhà mình thì 3 người thôi. Mọi thứ đều tốt, nhân viên thân thiện, nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ,... Nhưng có điều đêm đó mình không thể ngủ được vì có phòng nào đó ăn nhậu đến 3h sáng, sáng thì 6h có tiếng con nít khóc. 2 bạn lễ tân thực sự lịch sự, dễ thương.

Check-in is very satisfied, the room is big and clean, the price on the app is quite good. Lovely, polite staff. However, because I got on the plane late at night, the day before, I told the staff to stay for an extra 1/2 day and was quoted 300k -> 350k. But when checking out, another staff reported 550k. I disagree and you call the manager. The management attitude is very unpleasant to ask the customer to pay 450k as the minimum. Back and forth for a long time. I do not accept and the staff member told me if so, then deducted from the salary the employee quoted. I'm really upset about that inconsistent way of working. Should experience or put on apps to ensure benefits even if you stay for a short time.

2 vợ chồng tôi bị rệp giường đốt, gối và chăn rất hôi. Nhân viên lễ tân dễ thương, khi phản ánh đổi vỏ chăn và gối cho nhưng chwcs do hôi từ ruột chăn gối nên chúng tôi không dám dùng gối, chăn chỉ dám đắp dưới chân :(
