Waited hour for check in staff not helpful small bar not for me

Very pleasant stay. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

Overall impressed with price and accommodation. Few niggles were shower curtain needed replaced it had mould on the bottom (those kinds of shower curtains are prone to that) and carpet in room was very worn and threadbare in parts. But room was very clean and otherwise great. Bar prices are as usual for hotels bit pricey so it did put us off staying for more than 1 drink. Liked our location and the old fashioned feel of the hotel, hope that doesn't change.

I was in a room for myself and my dog and it was not really up to a 4* standard. Saying that the hotel is undergoing updating so hopefully my next visit will be an updated room

Was not happy with the room very run down for a deluxe room didn't have the extras in what it said we should have had room Wasn't ready until 4.15

Its not bad, we had a bit of a mare checking in, they were clearly short of staff that day and we ended up being held up in the bar, although they gave us drinks vouchers, so I cannot fault the staff, it wasnt on them. The room was fine, bed was good, so no complaints. Cosmetically its showing its age a bit but it was good for the money.

Convenient hotel but needs an upgrade

The room and corridors are clearly old and it's the kinda of hotel where everything creeks and is dated. The room smelt like damp or toilet issues and there was a constant noise of people slamming doors and tapping from outside that could have been birds or something else. The shower had barely any pressure. Breakfast was ok and nothing to rave about but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Stayed for one night , had good sleep. Overall I will come back to it if staying in blackpool, room was clean but the curtains needs to be washed

Upon arrival check in was perfect very helpful member of reception staff. Room comfy and clean however very dated and In need of makeover. Booked 3 course evening meal which we wouldn't have done if knew it was set menu 3 choices only for main Pork loin, Salmon or gnocchi. Food was good though.We didn't do drink package for £19 as not that good value for money eg if had 4 pints of lager would only be £20. Wine quite expensive large glass between £9 to £12. All staff very friendly. Definitely stay again.

All good, except toilet flush wasn't effective and taken a while to refil and flush again.

The room and hotel needs maintaince and items need repairing and replacing Breakfast toast burnt staff advised toaster no good Toliteries were missing Matress had and sheet had brown and yellow marks on it Carpet was in poor condition I felt what hotel can NOT do! Rather than what it can! No one has been back regarding my official complaint disgusting and uacceptable customer service I will no longer consider stsying and will not recommend tge hotel as the feelkng is customers are a burden

Room was fine breakfast not bad bar way to small not enough seats to listen to what was in a corner
