Very friendly staff. Hotel beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great view from bedroom and balcony. Bed really comfortable but room itself was very ordinary.

Whilst the building is quite aged,its decor is very good,room was very comfortable and warm,we had an evening meal which was 5star quality,breakfast was also very impressive,staff very helpful and friendly....highly recommend stay.

Spacious room in the Old Castel wing of the Hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay and easily explored the town on foot

Room was perfect. Lots of space and room for the kids. Maybe a newer TV would have been nice - a bit bigger is always good when a room is so large

Asked for robe and slipper so I could use pool didn’t happen. Went to breakfast at 10.32 told it finished at 10.30
