Great service

All the Staff is always very helpful and kind. We prefer this hotel and have never had any problems. Always enjoy the view. I use the gym every morning and it is clean and gets the job done.

I stayed in this room over the weekend and unfortunately my experience was not good. The cleanliness was very poor. When we checked the bed, there were stains and even lipstick smeared on the sheets and blankets, which clearly seemed to be left from the previous guest. This was very unpleasant, because when you arrive at a place to stay you expect everything to be clean and ready for you to rest. The lack of hygiene in something as basic as the bedding raises serious concerns about the cleaning standards of this place. I hope the management pays closer attention to these details, because cleanliness should be a top priority for any place that hosts guests.

We appreciated the nice restaurant and wonderful staff, the convenience of a small store in the hotel, and a great pool area. Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!

😡Very disappointing stay. The Expedia listing says parking is $20 per day, but in reality it was $20 every single time you enter or exit the parking lot, regardless of how long you stay. When I asked the front desk about it, the staff member had a bad attitude and told me, “Well, I could just cancel your stay.” Customer service overall was terrible. I asked room service if they had a charger I could purchase and they laughed and said no. The AC in the room did not work, the room itself was very outdated, and the parking garage smelled strongly like sewage, which was unbearable. It also took over an hour for room service just to bring a bottle of wine. The front desk staff was extremely rude throughout the stay. I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor service and misleading parking information. estancia muy decepcionante. Pregunté al servicio a la habitación si tenían un cargador que pudiera comprar y se rieron y dijeron que no. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, la habitación estaba muy vieja y desactualizada, y el estacionamiento olía fuertemente a drenaje, algo realmente insoportable.

Room and staff were great, housekeeping did not come to our room and we ran out of toiletries.

The lobby smelled too much like the tobacco smoke because the casino is next door . They need to do a better job to separate both things . The first room they gave me smelled like tobacco as well until I asked them to change me to a different one.
