This was my second stay, and it was disappointing to find the kitchenette empty despite requesting essentials in advance. I had to ask twice before the items were finally delivered the next day. The staff explained that they no longer keep these items in the rooms because some previous guests have been stealing them. [To the few people who steal from hotels: please stop, as your actions make it difficult for the hotel to provide a good experience for honest guests.] While I understand the hotel's struggle with theft, the way it was communicated felt unprofessional, and I was quoted a higher price for a return visit with no loyalty discount. I have moved my business to the Super 8 instead.
