Very bad experience they told me to check out same day

This was my second stay, and it was disappointing to find the kitchenette empty despite requesting essentials in advance. I had to ask twice before the items were finally delivered the next day. The staff explained that they no longer keep these items in the rooms because some previous guests have been stealing them. [To the few people who steal from hotels: please stop, as your actions make it difficult for the hotel to provide a good experience for honest guests.] While I understand the hotel's struggle with theft, the way it was communicated felt unprofessional, and I was quoted a higher price for a return visit with no loyalty discount. I have moved my business to the Super 8 instead.

Night shift front desk is not cooperative other than all good.

The pillow is not comfortable to use it.

I checked into the hotel just fine, got to the room and there was a large crack in the wall & the only bathroom light was on a mirror (which was fine, just took a moment to figure out with the light switch). The bedding was not changed between guests….there were brown stains on the sheets & someone else’s hair on the bedding. I called hotel front desk TWICE to send someone to change the bedding and has taken over 30 mins to see someone come to change the bedding. I’m supposed to be awake to travel at 4am and it’s nearly 10pm. Looking at Google reviews, someone else has found very large red/brown stains on their blanket (Expedia won’t let me type what the stain was) that definitely came from a person’s body, and another person found black mold in their microwave. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my enemy. I would never stay here again.

Very nice

The room was clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful! We were only there for few days but we had everything we needed in our room. Also like that housekeeping was request based.

Staff was good, rooms were elegant as always and amenities were great just there was an issue with hot water but its okay for me.

Customer service was terrible. The person who checked in was so rude and don’t know how to talk with a customer and he was doing front counter job. Washrooms were old and the shower was broken . There was not even body wash there.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

My room was not ready when I get there but got everything done

The room was good. Manager upgrade our room to a new renovated. But under the heater theres a cold coming in so the floor was and the room. Other than that its all good. Staff are nice as well.

I'm really glad I chose that hotel — the staff are so welcoming and helpful, the room is always spotless, and it's easy to access. It truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable!
