The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was filthy. There wasn't a clean spot in the room. Bathtub had hair. Walls dirty. Carpet filthy. A/C not adjustable. Broken window glass. Moldy caulk, sink moldy, slow drain, smells of mold. TV good, sheets clean. Entry to building disgraceful. Unsavory characters about. Garbage and cig butts litter outside. Dirty window. Terrible place to stay. Front counter dirty. One elevator out of service. Filthy elevator.

Clean room but front staff was untrained in service dog policy so at first was going to deny me a room at 1am. My impression is that some of the other guests look like they were on early release from prison.
