Customer service was terrible. The person who checked in was so rude and don’t know how to talk with a customer and he was doing front counter job. Washrooms were old and the shower was broken . There was not even body wash there.

The room was good. Manager upgrade our room to a new renovated. But under the heater theres a cold coming in so the floor was and the room. Other than that its all good. Staff are nice as well.

The building itself is dated and needs major renovations, access to some rooms are virtually impossible, in the area that is not shown in pictures are very sketchy. It’s like being on a set of beats Motel. The only good thing is the staff. They are super friendly, super kind and willing to help you if they can.
