This was our second stay at Akra Antalya, and we truly love this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the food is excellent both at the buffet and by the pool. A special thank you to Omar at the front desk for his professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. Fatihhan, our server by the pool, was also exceptional, always attentive and serving with a smile. There are a few areas that could be improved. Service at the beach was consistently slow, and we once waited 45 minutes for an iced tea. Access to the sea was often difficult because children gathered on the stairs, jumping into the water and playing with water guns, making it hard to get in safely. Additional stairs and more lifeguard supervision would greatly improve the experience. We also found having to use the room key to call the elevator inconvenient. We really enjoyed the exercise classes, but the spa was disappointing. The steam room had an unpleasant odor of urine, and the hammam did not compare to the wonderful experience we had in Istanbul. Overall, we had another wonderful stay and would happily return

This was a great hotel! Friendly staff, great location with beautiful views and lovely gardens and recreation facilities. The pools were great and access to the sea. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of options for dining and an incredible buffet breakfast.

Do not stay here over the weekend. A nice hotel but do not stay over the weekend. We paid for a sea view room but directly below us the hotel hosted a wedding. It was extremely loud and our young children could not sleep. If you are staying over a weekend find a different hotel. Would not recommend.

Stunning property. The view is gorgeous, the grounds are lush and green, the facilities all feel new and modern. Service was excellent as well - anything we needed was provided immediately. Lastly, food was delicious. Would def go back anytime.

Great place

We really loved our stay at Akra. First of all the buffet was delicious and probably the best hotel food we’ve ever had. Really wide range of dishes for all meals and a generous breakfast spread that goes from 6:30am until midday! The staff were all really friendly and were helpful (shout out to Rabia and Meryem) particularly as we had our toddler with us. The resort itself was very family friendly with baby and kids pools as well as one for adults only. There’s also a kids club and playroom for kids. The room was exceptionally clean and was very spacious. They provided us with the amenities we needed for our toddler including a bathtub. All in all, really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Lovely amenities and very good room service. Rooms were clean, lovely views, and great cleaning staff. Pool staff were very slow, alongside the Concierge not being as friendly and helpful as I thought, considering I was a solo traveller seeking some local suggestions. Overall a great stay, with a great on-site gym and pool setting.

Its a great property and good value for money paid. But the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everyone in the doorway and next rooms

This was an impressive hotel in the way it was built and maintained. But, I stayed in many hotels that were as impressive in these dimensions. What differentiated AKRA in a very significant way from others was the quality of its service and the way hotel staff strove to meet and exceed their customers' needs, small and large. I was delighted with the way the young concierge helped me to find a medicine, I was thrilled when the room service operator asked me how happy I was with the food, I was very pleasantly surprised when the vale helped us to load my luggage into my friends car by rearranging all that was already in the trunk, spending time for all of this with a pleasant smile on his face. These are not acts of kindness that one should take for granted. They are examples of an extraordinary focus on customer delight, and for that, I thank hotel Akra and wish them continuous success.
