D change the signs re 100 pound fines for failure to input vehicle reg No and overstaying time on charger, not customer friendly. Can be managed more friendly to customer.

Convenient decent rooms, adequate gym with decent kit. Friendly staff and small restaurant on site. Avoid the pub next door as food is rubbish

We literally checked in and slept bed was comfy had a good nights sleep, awoke refreshed and ready for our day in Manchester. Room was clean stocked with tea for a relaxing cuppa, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was as good as always in a Novotel, the hotel has had a makeover since the last time we visited.

Clean and functional room Strange small toilet room without washbasin. Needed to exit this room and go into adjacent bathroom to wash hands Reception was welcoming

Very comfortable 2 night stay to visit the RHS Bridgewater which is a short walk away The staff were very friendly and always on hand to serve so well done to all Helpful would be to have the local Taxi number on the wall for the non IT and the local bus stop name so you know where to get on and off there was a good supply of timetables though Eco friendliness is evident and very good to see they care about the environment too would defo recommend

Great hotel stay, we booked the exec room which was essentially like a normal room but with a few extra perks such as robes fridge and water. Room was comfortable and quiet. We

Pryanka the receptionist went above and beyond to make my late arrival no problem, she extended our stay by one night (because i forgot) turned my anguish into a smile and smoothed a path to a great stay. Cant thank her enough. The hotel is in a great location the rooms clean and well appointed. The breakfast is incredible. I will be back next year

Dusty Worn out room with noisy a/c. Bed not comfortable and needs replacement. Breakfast was overcooked and limited.

The novotel is very convenient with good parking. Good value breakfast and generally clean and tidy. The facilities are starting to look dated though and could do with a refresh

Poor WiFi

We booked this property as we were going to the rugby World Cup. Great hotel, we were given a huge room that would probably sleep four people. Fabulous breakfast, all in all a great place to stay.

The Novotel is very vonvenient with a good breakfast. Room ok, but not sound proofed lots of nouse from adjacent room disturbed our stay

Nice clean hotel. Stayed here fairly regularly for work over last 3 years and they have been improving things continually. Nice new menu as well
