Basic accommodation, did the job. Was very reasonable price. Free parking. No breakfast so can't comment. Staff were friendly. Bath was a bit grubby, not cleaned properly, orherwose

Stayed many times. Very noisy this stay not idel before raceday.

From us entering the hotel to leaving the staff were all helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The tv being able cast from our phones was a bonus too. Breakfast was all cooked well with choices of both English and continental. We came down closer to the end time and had to wait a little for some choices to be topped back up but the staff again were very helpful in sorting this. With free parking by entering your reg, our stay was all that we hoped for. I’d give a big thumbs up to this hotel based on our experience.

Hotel was Excellent, just wont be booking through Expedia again, due to a £60 booking fee and refusing to give me a VAT receipt.

Room not clean - hair in bath, footprint in bathroom where someone had stood on floor that was still wet, dusty, stains on wall looked like drink had been spilt on them, stained carpet, white powder around sofa legs and the faux wood covering on the bed side table was chipping off. Room wasn’t available until 40 mins after check in time. Breakfast was nice, recommended. Staff polite though didn’t communicate particularly effectively or apologetically about room delay.

Varied breakfast, main lobby decor is modern but the rest of the hotel, especially the rooms and very tired and dated.

Had several stays previously and usually ok. However this time all the power and water was off, with no notification. Then had to move to another more expensive hotel. Won't use the Novotel again

The facilities were really good. The bed was so comfortable lovely hand and shower wash. Food was excellent so much choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond when I left something behind in my room they safely packaged it for me to return. 5 star service.

Clean room with air conditioning. Room was quiet considering we were so close to the Motorway. Free parking and good choice at breakfast.
