Absolute amazing experience. We held our civil wedding there and we could not be more happier. The support from the staff from the reception desk to the wedding co-ordinators Pauline and Janki to the Bar and Restaurant staff was nothing short of incredible. 5 Star Experience in my opinion. We had the Banqueting Menu for our Rehearsal Dinner and every single spoonful of each dish from the starters to the finish course was delectable, delightful and tasty. Our guests were thoroughly and completely satisfied. We stayed there for 1 night and the rooms were clean and none of our guests reported any issues. Thank you again to all the team at Novotel Manchester West who made our whole entire stay magnificent

We literally checked in and slept bed was comfy had a good nights sleep, awoke refreshed and ready for our day in Manchester. Room was clean stocked with tea for a relaxing cuppa, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was as good as always in a Novotel, the hotel has had a makeover since the last time we visited.

The first impression counts. There were two ladies at reception when I came in. One was occupied with another member of staff and the other had her head down doing some admin work. The second one looked up, smiled and said she cant serve me and continued working. The first one disappeared and I was left waiting for a few minutes unattended. I would have thought that the customer is the priority? Not admin work or a work colleague?

Pryanka the receptionist went above and beyond to make my late arrival no problem, she extended our stay by one night (because i forgot) turned my anguish into a smile and smoothed a path to a great stay. Cant thank her enough. The hotel is in a great location the rooms clean and well appointed. The breakfast is incredible. I will be back next year
