Room was big and had a lobby to reduce noise from corridor. Toilet and bathroom are in separate rooms. Bedroom had a large bed, a soda and big screen TV. Dual windows worked well against motorway sounds

Absolute amazing experience. We held our civil wedding there and we could not be more happier. The support from the staff from the reception desk to the wedding co-ordinators Pauline and Janki to the Bar and Restaurant staff was nothing short of incredible. 5 Star Experience in my opinion. We had the Banqueting Menu for our Rehearsal Dinner and every single spoonful of each dish from the starters to the finish course was delectable, delightful and tasty. Our guests were thoroughly and completely satisfied. We stayed there for 1 night and the rooms were clean and none of our guests reported any issues. Thank you again to all the team at Novotel Manchester West who made our whole entire stay magnificent

We literally checked in and slept bed was comfy had a good nights sleep, awoke refreshed and ready for our day in Manchester. Room was clean stocked with tea for a relaxing cuppa, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was as good as always in a Novotel, the hotel has had a makeover since the last time we visited.
