Very nice , would recommend

I specifically booked here because its part of the Hilton Brand. The amenities I booked were not even present or unhealthy to use. This hotel has NO HOT TUB and the pool was disgusting along with all of the bed bugs in our bed. My family was covered in bites, my husband has veen on antihisthamines since because if his reaction to the bites. I have plenty of pictures and video of our accomodations to verify all of it. Our rooms were not clean and garbage left behind, the bathrooms were not what I would expect in any Hilton. Our trip was destroyed because of this. What I booked was NOT what we got.

The property needs condemned it is filthy run down and absolutely disgusting.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant/bar staff were very good.

The hotel was in need of very needed renovation. The door, toilet, window curtains. Worst handicap room I've ever stayed in.the to waswas wwo.

The entrance was nice, but the rooms are in terrible need of updating. Our room was stale, bed sheets damp. The toilet was leaking and handle came off the shower. The door to bathroom would not close or latch properly. The breakfast was great.

While everything appeared clean, the garbage had not been emptied from.the prior guest. Which initially caught me off guard.

The staff were extremely professional an offered recommendations on dining in the area as well as entertainment options.

This is a hotel that has obviously been there a while, but has been well-maintained and cared for. The staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. We were the only ones scheduled for an airport shuttle that day, apparently, but the driver was on-time and courteous at 4am.

They service was wonderful. Jeffrey was just awesome. Now the bathroom in my room well that is something else. Spiders coming out of the sink is a hard no. The caulking around the tub needs re-done. The wall right outside the elevator on the 4th floor needs to be done. You have black mold growing there. Also please fix your elevators. That is kinda scary. I know I'm complaining about some things but I would stay there again. Just somethings need done. Again the service was awesome and everyone was just lovely which made it a great stay.

Nice lobby and first appearance impression but after checking that goes downhill quick

The exterior of the building was dated. The lobby appeared to be renovated but it was humid in the lobby. Once in our room, the air didn’t appear to work. Called front desk for maintenance. He acknowledged it was humid in the room and had to cut off the unit to reset it. It was 74 Degrees in the room. Also noticed a large wet area near the side of the bed. Requested to be moved. Moved to the next room that smellled like someone smoked in the room. Mold appeared to be on the curtains. This was not up to our standards staying at a Hilton property. My family and I didn’t spend the night. We are requesting a full refund on Monday when I contact the manager.

The stay was beautiful. The workers was nice. I recommend this hotel 100%.
