This place is just terrible. Run down and a pimp hub. Guys in there cars on the phone all night and morning. We stopped in after a 16 hour road trip to sleep over and on line reviews were good. But it's not.

I will not be staying here again! I first get there and the elevator seems like it was about stall or break. I get to my room and it's a mildew scent in the room, so I turned the AC on which should've been on already seeing it 102 degrees in Houston when I flew in. The bathroom was horrible! There's a hole by the vent and it looks as if someone ripped the vent cover off the wall and then did a poor attempt of putting it back. Then when I took a shower the water went from comfortable to scorching hot. I tried to turn it off but it seems that the washer is broken in the knob, however, I was able to turn the water off. I informed the staff but no one to fix it, so I took a hoe bath for the remainder of my stay. The bed frame looked a mess as well. I will not be staying there again.

I wasn't informed before booking the I would also have to pay a $50 deposit. I booked through Expedia, so I don't fault the hotel, it just would've been nice to know before booking. Staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is clearly old and needs some deep cleaning and remodeling.

It was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had, we arrived to be told it was cash only. And that they couldn’t run the card on file or my cc the toilet and shower drains were clogged the entire time

The general manager was not very courteous when we got there. She was very rude towards the fact that we didn’t know there was a $50 charge due at the time of check in. The elevator was dirty and on the 3rd floor the down button was not functioning correctly. So we thought we were stuck there. So we had to take the elevator up to the 4th then down to leave. When I told the GM in the morning she said yes I know there’s a sign which had not seen one. I then told her if she knew that was the case why we weren’t informed of that when we checked in her answer again was there is a sign. By far the worst stay experience we ever had to date! Oh yeah the tub water was running when we got into our room.

The room was not cleaned properly before my check in, went in the room found a pair of dirty socks behind the small couch , it’s probably still there. Also the fridge in the room wasn’t working, asked for it to be checked and no one ever showed up I even told the room service lady she said she sent a picture to their group so I could get it fixed, anyways during my 3 day stay I had no fridge, good thing I had an ice chest .

There was nothing unique. If I could've gotten my money back I would have left. The room floor was soak and wet then the manager told me if I wanted to leave I could and only offered me a $10 refund then didn't even honor that. He was not professional and had no concern. By morning the room smelled sour. Worse stay ever.
