The hotel was filthy, my room smelled like stale cigarettes

Good if you need it to be cheap, but otherwise, it's a poor hotel with some sketchy folks staying there.

Room was comfortable, rate was reasonable. Shopping nearby. Good value.

Room was spacious clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

After the bad experience in Calgary with the last hotel it was such a pleasure to stay here. Very clean rooms and the staff are so nice

I like the location and the value

Ok. Wasn’t the best and wasn’t the worst. The continental breakfast was ok. It was in a small, crowded room, so that part wasn’t great. Room was fairly clean. Had some trouble with the key cards for unlocking the room every time. But overall it was adequate and the beds were comfy.

The room seemed okay, it was just an overnight stay. The pool was out of towels and dirty- it definitely reflected the price!.Front desk lady on Sunday may 31st was not super helpful and was moody and wouldnt forward us to our room or tell us how to directly connect to our room. Suppose we interrupted her photoshoot of her pink starbucks drink. You cannot call the hotel directly and when you finally get through, she said "you know you can just call the room directly" and then forwarded us without instructing us how. The lady at checkout the next morning was wonderful however and was very polite and sweet. The janitors constantly seemed to be trying to keep the property clean and were always wiping, mopping and tidying the lobby.

Smoking everywhere specially around the enterance. It ruined my stay. Second, the room has no ironing board and machine.

Although we didn't complain to the front desk due to long day and didn't want to move rooms, the room we were given (#119) smelled like male cat spray. It was not what we were expecting. We couldn't have breakfast, as there was standing room only at 9:00. Perhaps management needs to figure out how to assign times to guests when they check in.

Not clean smell bad

Honestly the bathrooms were gross and the beds was a sorry sight. The pillows were flat and the doors didn't work. Had to change the key card 6 times and even then I had to try like 50 times before we got in. There was broken glass on the floor and gross. The amount of people who were on drugs walking around the hotel was crazy. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and got 2 dubble beds instead. The accessibility of basic things like outlets for chargers was not a thing. The continental breakfast was not worth it and unsanitary. I will say that the staff were kind and helpful and the beds themselves were comfortable and the pool was fun.

The parking lot and the entrance should have some improvements, also the rooms should have more outlets to plug in electrical devices

Terrible. Attracts creepy people. The room was dingy and I found hair in my bed- ? housekeeper or previous guests. Not enough to complain about so settled in. We checked out the pool, the waterslide is sweet- however the main pool is tiny and very shallow. There were very sketchy people in the pool area as well who were not wearing regular swimsuits- just see-through tanktops- and seemed to be under the influence. Then when we decided to go to sleep for the night, our neighbours were receiving visitors knocking on their door all night until about 2am. With the doors being so close, each knock sounded like our door so I would get up and see through the peephole that it was a scantily clad female going into the room next to us. Not sure if the person staying beside us was a pimp or what but we had a horrible sleep. Then the breakfast in the morning was terribly disappointing. Our only options being cereal, waffles (with only syrup) and cold boiled eggs. There wasnt even bread for toast. We cancelled our 2nd night and checked out that morning. A few hours after checking out we realized we left our swimsuits hanging in the shower so I called the hotel right away. They said they would talk to housekeeping and call me back. They did not. I called again 2 more times and they said that the lost and found was closed and to come the next day at 9am. So we did. They first said they didnt find anything, then after I asked to look myself they said they were found thrown away yesterday..

I had bad experience in this hotel. No working socket for phone charger. All are loose. The position of air condition is on the worst place ever. Shower was a suffering vey low pressure water., not enough shower shampoo or body wash. I will never stay in this hotel for leisure or business. The front desk does’t care too much about customer service
