We were able to book two nights at the Omni. The views of the city and Mount Royal were incredible and made our engagement trip even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless, comfortable, and refreshingly cool. Having a restaurant, shopping, and a bar right on site made everything so convenient. Looking back, we wish we had booked the Omni from the start. It truly saved our trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, beginning with their offering to hold our luggage until we had found a place to park, to surprising us with champagne and some pastry on our first night (it was our 50th anniversary), to supplying our room with a microwave oven (at no charge) when we asked if there was one we could use for a few minutes, to so many smaller things. The room was a good size, and comfortable. Breakfast was not included and was rather expensive (though there was a relatively inexpensive excellent place half a block away). The only amenity I wish they had that they didn't was a pool.

Cleaning staff did not knock when entering the room which could have been embarrassing. Was a bit inconsistent in housekeeping like empty the garbage but not providing clean towels? Not a big deal as we asked the front desk and they quickly provided.

It was very considerate of staff to provide cold bottles of water as we came in due to the heat on July 1st.

The location was perfect. It is literally steps away from McGill's entrance gates and two blocks from St. Catherine Street. Breakfast meals at the café were huge and tasty. We also enjoyed the grilled salmon room service offering.

Perfect centralized location to visit McGill, hike Mont Royal, walk to the Plateau and walk to Old Montreal. And when tired of walking, you're right next to a Metro stop. All the staff we engaged with were genuinely warm, friendly and very helpful, particularly the bell/valet staff. Highly recommend!

The property is advertising a pool but there is no pool. The hotel is outdated but still a nice property.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and well kept. The upgraded premier room was nice but for $500 I shouldn’t have to look at peeling wallpaper, missing grout, mirror that was peeled all around the edges. Disappointing.

The front staff was great but the room was not the most well kept by the cleaning staff. I’m not sure if the property was overbooked but the pillows smelled/dirty and the bed wasn’t done properly. Amenities were also missing from the room (face towels etc). We expected a little better as this is a luxury brand hotel (compared to other hotels of the same tier). Otherwise it was good

Great location - nice room - warm and friendly staff

We liked the staff and the location of the property but the rooms were outdated and not as big as we had hoped. Also the description on Expedis says that there was a pool but there was no pool on the property which was a disappointment. We did get to enjoy a drink at the Alice Bar which was really nice as the World Cup was on. Overall we really liked the staff and the valet service. It was a good central location in Downtown Montreal.

the staff was phenomenal. helpful from the moment we stepped on to the property until the second we departed. our room was quite sizeable and comfortable. the bed? zzzzzz <3 ❤️ the hotel's location? chef's kiss. we intend to make this our "go-to stay" whenever we travel to montréal.

They clean the rooms ridiculously early and if you dare to sleep in you miss it.

Great hotel right in downtown close walk to many sightseeings. Great room. Friendly staff

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area and accessible by Metro. Parking is a bit difficult but you can choose self parking or valet option. I didn’t need to drive for the week I sty there. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is also friendly and helpful. The gym and open area are welcoming and equipped with plenty of machines. It has a bidet washer in the restroom which I had to figure out how to use it. There are only 2 downsides. The queen beds are smaller than normal and the pool was closed for maintenance.

Staffs are nice and helpful. Room is clean and big with beautiful city view.

Staff is great. Rooms could use a bit of upgrade but the bedding and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The bar and bar staff/bartender, Dimitri were excellent. Pricey as most things in downtown.
