Room was clean, staff were cordial, temperature was good. What breakfast? I saw fruit and water in the lobby. Is that what is meant?

Excellent staff, allowed early check in. Helped us find parking for an oversized car. Lovely in every way. Our room was rather warm. But other than that it was a very lovely hotel and I will absolutely be back!

The room was cleaned, and the cleaning staff cleaned the room , daily. Very spacious room, beds were nice and firm.

I had a delightful stay. My deluxe room was spacious with enormous comfort and luxurious vibes. It had a nice view over the city. Everything was clean and functioned, air condition/heating was impeccable, hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, and the location could not be better either. (Guest wifi was unstable at times, though). Home away from home and a great place for me to breathe after a horrible AirBnB experience that I had. Thank you for a wonderful week, Hotel Omni!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Omni Mont-Royal. We booked a king room, and everything exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the views of Mont Royal were stunning. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling over the top. I was celebrating my birthday, and they went out of their way to add a special touch, which made the stay feel even more memorable and personal. From the facility to the service, everything felt seamless and thoughtfully done. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.

Excellent stay

We love this hotel and always stay here when in Montreal. It is easy to walk to many plqces of interest and the Metro station is only one block away. A room on a high floor with a city view gives a wonderful look at the city at night.
