This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had as the staff were so nice and helpful, the location is conveniently located, and the building was clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Hotel staff was great. Room was huge and had two recently renovated bathrooms. The hotel is old though and furniture/carpeting in the room is in need of replacement.

It was very nice and the room was a great size. When we went the pool and hot tub were out of service but otherwise everything else was good and the staff were super helpful

the room itself was large but felt dirty given the price we paid for the room. The bedside table was so dusty, lots of smudges on the window, and the bathroom tile baseboard was so dirty. The hotel was in a great location and still nice, but didn't feel super clean

This was our first time here. We stayed for a week. What a beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing, so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily. We ordered room service once and the food was delicious. Prime location in the city. Close walking distance to many places. Wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Omni Montreal was a great experience. From the valet to the housekeeping staff to the bartenders and reception desk, every staff member was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was conveniently located to a Metro station so we could get around the wonderful city of Montreal easily. The 'house-pour' champagne was excellent, although I missed getting the name. The hotel was very well maintained and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this location.
