룸 내부 청결 상태는 좋으나, 욕실 내부 샤워기 및 세면대의 수도 상태가 엄청나게 좋은것은 아님. 연식이 있다보니 그부분은 감수해야하며, 전체적인 위치와 고객 대응은 굉장히 친절하고 좋음.

Staff was very rude and unwelcoming especially the lady at the front desk with long black hair. She has TERRIBLE customer service. I only stayed because they wouldn’t let me check out without charging an extra fee. NEVER going back there because of the experience I had. There was such a lovely lady at the bar. I feel sorry that she has to work in such a hostile environment.

Clean room and lovely staff. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our one complaint was it was too warm to sleep well. They have only and option of heat or a/c for the entire hotel and all we could do was turn our heat off. Even with the heat off in our room and it getting down to 36 degrees at night it was still 79 degrees in our room. There was no option to then turn on a/c. I assume it being transition of seasons like this is the issue…But for a 4.5 star hotel to have this issue and us then not being able to sleep well for four nights was hugely frustrating. There was a tiny window that we were able to open but there was no air circulation so it did not help. We would not stay there again because of this.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy and the bathtub had a broken plug. But overall the room was very nice. They accept pets, so I could bring my cats and we were able very comfortable. They were kind enough to let me stay one hour longer because I had a meeting at noon, the only thing is that when I came back at 1pm they had cancelled the room card so I had to get it activated again in order to take the elevator and go get the cats that were still in the room…
