룸 내부 청결 상태는 좋으나, 욕실 내부 샤워기 및 세면대의 수도 상태가 엄청나게 좋은것은 아님. 연식이 있다보니 그부분은 감수해야하며, 전체적인 위치와 고객 대응은 굉장히 친절하고 좋음.

Air conditioning didn’t work , was so hot it was like sleeping in actual hell, I moved to a different hotel the next day .. I was extremely disappointed.. it should be clear that they don’t have adequate air conditioning

The hotel is well located with a great lobby bar, but the rooms feel very dated.

The staff members were very friendly and polite. Our room was clean and spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property would really benefit if it was updated a bit. The room was very outdated. The air conditioning did not work, the bed was not comfortable, the fan of the air exchanger was extremely noisy. I was disappointed with the room. The upsides were, the room was clean, a nice lobby, the breakfast at the restaurant was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was a good location.

Great location! The staff is very friendly, the hotel and the rooms are clean. Just try not to flash the toilet while someone else is showering as it will make the water in the shower boiling hot.

It was perfect for a one night stay. Rooms are good size and the hotel is very nice.

The staff at the hotel are very kind and responsive. However, our room was uncomfortably hot our entire stay and the only option was to keep the window open, which meant the curtains had to be wide open and therefore we had no privacy, heard all the outside noise pollution and were awake with the sunrise. The room was still extremely hot with the window open and there is no mechanism to control the room temperature. We reported this both days to staff and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that the “ac was on”. The hotel bar is nice but the staff really struggled and the service was so so slow - they need another bartender and to be better stocked - every other request they had to run to the back to retrieve items. Beds were comfy, and the room was clean. The “fridge” broke, which the hotel staff later told me was just a “cooler”. They did quickly bring a replacement, which was an actual fridge but we still lost all of the groceries we’d bought the day before. Overall this hotel needs some major updates. You can tell that at one point, it was luxury. But not anymore. I don’t think I’ll go back.

Air conditioning was not functionjng well. We woke up sweating to a room at 23 degrees deapite setting the thermostat at 19. Overall, the hotel was fine.

Great staff and great location. The rooms are showing their wear a bit and it is a pet friendly hotel so all of that balances out to be an overall top choice in downtown Montreal.
