Beautiful, spacious property and rooms. Friendly people. I would definitely return.

Large room with USB ports and easy to use blinds that made the room very dark, clean, quiet, easy to access, secure parking. Breakfast as expected. Coffee was delicious. Tea and coffee available all day. Very reasonably priced.

The room was huge and very clean but rather dated. The front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was decent. The Sat night was very noisy as the hotel was full of kids who were running up and down the hallways until after midnight.

A good hotel to stay

I absolutely loved this hotel, and their hospitality was truly exceptional. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Ottawa. The only thing that didn’t make sense to me was the $100 security deposit. I couldn’t find any mention of it in the terms and conditions.

It was a great stay . Very clean. Front desk is very helpful. Breakfast and breakfast pool are plus.

Comfortable and well appointed room. Nice breakfast options. Very good gym and pool. Recommended hotel. Surrounding neighbourhood kind of dull, however easy access to transit and walkable areas.

Overall a well kept hotel. Unfortunately I was put in a room that was close to a mechanical room near the elevators and there was a very loud and constant mechanical buzzing sound that filled the entire room and made it difficult to sleep. I couldn't move rooms as they were all occupied. This really ruined my stay

This was a perfect location for a family trip with kids. We liked free underground parking, convenient pool hours and friendly staff.
