The underground parking and pool were great. Breakfast was packed with people and the food was mediocre but the coffee was good. Great room with a very large and clean, modern bathroom. A great location in the east end of Ottawa close to shopping.

I had to ask for something everyday. Change the towels, fill the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, change the sheets. Breakfast was the samething everyday. Took 4 days for the room temperature to get up to 23C from 17C.
