I’ve stayed at this hotel several times alone on business trips but this time around I had my family with me. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and service has always been great. The hotel is always clean. The same goes for the room. I like that there’s underground parking. Just makes it nice that you don’t have to brush snow off when you’re parked outside.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Underground parking was a nice surprise, especially the parking elevator going right to our room. Pool and breakfast were both very good, well above average among comparable hotels.

Elevator issues, very long waits, stairs were the only option. Room was set at 24 Deg. Set thermostat to 18 deg but held at 24 deg. Way too hot. we given a accessibility room even though thats not what we booked, these rooms are not as nice. Not enough seating for breakfast. Second time I have stayed at this hotel issues are the same. Staff were friendly.
