Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park.
The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve.

The breakfast is simpler than other Hampton Inn I stayed, but definitely better than the continental. The facility is clean and staff is very nice. Close to the rail way station, but a bit isolated with no stores around.

The girl at check out didn’t even look at me, didn’t ask how my stay was, and didn’t even say thank you and have a nice day. She should not be dealing with customers.

Clean spacious rooms, staff are nice to deal with they are all kind especially the ladies at the breakfast area. They always greet guests with smiles on their faces. Free safe parking. Free breakfast - not too many choices but can't complain. It's not always that you get free breakfast in a hotel. Hotel lobby is always clean and there's free coffee and tea all the time. We will stay here again if we go back to Ottawa.
