Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa

Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve.

酒店是剛翻新，非常舒適，健身房器材種類很多，有標準級水準，還有窦內小泳池，地點不是市中心，但步行二十份鐘有一中型商場，去重要景點如自駕都是十五分鐘內。有免費停車場和免費早餐，質素也不錯，前枱服務員十分熱誠和親切，整體很好。

Everthing was great, the check in, the room, the gym, the pool, the breakfast and the parcking. All the employees we had contact with were curtious and knowledgeable.

teníamos 2 noches reservadas llegamos hasta la segunda noche y no nos quisieron respetar la reservación hubo que pagar y después hablamos con hoteles . con para reclamar. quedaron de reembolsar una noche y no he recibido el depósito. considero que debe haber más facilidad para huéspedes el comunicarse y hacer los trámites sencillos. No llegamos por una terrible tormenta de nieve trasladarnos era peligroso y no fue razón entendible para el hotel. Fue poca empatía. El servicio bueno pero este detalle no puedo pasarlo por alto

Clean room, friendly staff

The underground parking and pool were great. Breakfast was packed with people and the food was mediocre but the coffee was good. Great room with a very large and clean, modern bathroom. A great location in the east end of Ottawa close to shopping.
