Clean spacious rooms, staff are nice to deal with they are all kind especially the ladies at the breakfast area. They always greet guests with smiles on their faces. Free safe parking. Free breakfast - not too many choices but can't complain. It's not always that you get free breakfast in a hotel. Hotel lobby is always clean and there's free coffee and tea all the time. We will stay here again if we go back to Ottawa.

The greeting at check-in was warm and efficient. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were uniformly helpful and cheerful.
There was a fire alarm just before check-out, and I was unable to bring my luggage to the ground floor to leave as planned. The maintenance staff went to the 5th floor and brought down my luggage and the personal items that I had left in my room. They were extremely helpful in a difficult situation. I was most grateful for the service.

Consistency of the service, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Hilary in the breakfast room is such a gem. Every single staff member at the reception desk is friendly and helpful. I do enjoy coming back to the Hampton Inn.
