Check in very smooth , staff really good Room clean and spacious, a little noisy Very disappointed “no Bacon at breakfast” poor Apparently awaiting a delivery!

The bed was terrible, bouncy, the bathroom wash basin was too low only 2ft from the ground. I think we were give a room suitable for disabled guests. The showers water wasn't draining fast enough and flooded the bathroom. The drains kept making knocking noises when someone from another room used their bathroom. I managed do do my back in. Never booking this one again. Premier Inn is much comfortable.

Overall, the trip was enjoyable, but the food options could have been much better. While there was a reasonable variety available, the quality and taste did not always meet expectations. More fresh, locally inspired dishes and a wider selection of vegetarian and healthy choices would greatly improve the experience. Future travellers may want to research nearby restaurants in advance if good food is an important part of their trip.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open the night we stayed but we made use of the garden space and found the place so lovely

The room was very clean and well supplied. Staff were very friendly and the check in and check out process was very straightforward.

It was a fairly okay stay, but no better than that. We arrived late and left quite early, so we didn't get a chance to use the facilities. The room was reasonably clean although the basin had a crack in it. The shower curtain seemed to be annoyingly clingy. The shower gel bottle pump didn't work. But overall it was ok. Biggest gripe was that the beds were very firm and I really didn't sleep that well. Breakfast was good, but at £15 a head, it wasn't good value. Charging £8 for parking was a little cheeky given there was no other option available. To be honest, I would probably stay at the Premier Inn down the road if I had to stay in the area again.

Lovely hotel. Very comfy room

I booked a room with two double beds for two people (friends sharing). We arrived late and unfortunately only one bed was properly made, the other had sheets that did not fit (too short to cover the end of the mattress) and no mattress protector. There was also only one towel. The hotel rooms look very tired and dated and breakfast was very average, not at all worth the cost. You are also required to pay £8 to park over night, as the hotel is located next to the motorway it is hardly a premium area that justifies an extra parking cost. Overall very disappointing.

There was a bag of rubbish outside our room when we arrived. The tub had a ball of hair and gunk stuck in the drain. Very dated, we do not recommend.

Great hotel, enjoyed our overnight stay. Very convenient they allow (well behaved) dogs.

We use this hotel every year the night before flying on holiday from Bristol airport But this time we was woken up from dogs barking and what sounded like a women shouting at the dogs I did not think dogs was able to stay at this hotel but after some research they actually do 4am waking up my young daughter and wife is not acceptable I have emailed the hotel But had no response

The most uncomfortable mattress I have slept on in a long time. Aircon very noisy. When I used the Gym, all 3 bike machines didn't work, no cups for the water station. No hair dryer in the room and when I got one, it didn't heat up. On arrival, it looks like they have spent money on the reception and bar area but they need to sort out the tired rooms.

The staff were amazing throughout our stay. The family room feels outdated but is still spacious. Our AC wasn’t working but they were happy to move us to different room. The breakfast was nice, standard English breakfast items!

The reception staff member when we arrived was not very helpful, did not tell us about breakfast or the pool times etc , tried to over charge our room by a lot of money , was not friendly at all The room was clean but every time you used the toilet it made a really loud noise after flushing You also had to pay £8 per night for parking

Great staff at reception and the bar. Room good, overall a great stay.

The breakfast was awful. Dry black pudfing. Poor toaster, sausage bland and undercooked bacon!
