Yeah everything was great!!

To be honest, we were a bit disappointed on this visit. The room was not clean. The bathroom was still dirty and we even found a speaker under the bed that we took down to reception.

Wasnt the hotel it was Hotel.com had not booked me in. I had confirmation and payment.

Wonderful stay pool sauana gym all included staff couldn't help enough clean tidy freindly,g Food spectacular very reasonably priced,can park small fee, or use Uber as a little way outta main coty center,beds very comfortable, will recommend to all freinds

The room toilet flush water goes down very slow , not enough towels ok only had 2 for 4 people. Paid for breakfast and in the morning they said we not on the list, not even offer to check at all

Room was quite dated and not very well maintained with no plugs near the bedside, a rather musty smell in the room too. Staff were all lovely.

Breakfast was overpriced so didnt opt for this. 2 adults and 2 kids comes to £68 a day! Room was clean, air con worked. The pool felt dirty, with lots of chlorine to attempt to overcome this. Parking on a Tuesday evening is apparently a no go as there is an event space that fill the car park with vans until after 10pm. After paying £8 a night for parking up front i had to park on the business estate in the end. Overall a tired hotel. The only thing i rated here was some of the staff, particularly the person checking us in who also gave us recommendations for part of our trip.

Disturbed twice by staff members just walking into the room with would knocking.

Lovely staff

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. It’s hardly 3 stars. Rooms are decorated old-fashioned and beds were not comfortable. We stayed 4 people in a King and Twin room. All four of us woke up with back pain. Won’t stay again in any way.
