Great location and staff. Will return.

The SENS hotel is a clean and well staffed and courteous staff. There is a bar however it seems to close early and was primarily empty while I was there. Restaurant that was open for breakfast and later in the day for dinner which is also empty. This may be a result of Montreal being a restaurant town and folks not wanting to stay in for meals. It was cost-effective and the staff was courteous. If you're looking for a functional hotel that allows you a home base while staying in Montreal this is a place I would recommend to stay.

Everything was just ok. The room was really ordinary, trace of water damage on ceiling, kitchen with nothing in it. Not even able to clean our cup give us face clothes to clean dishes. I was disappointed a little.

If you like easy access to your vehicle, this isn’t the place. The city blocked off all front access to the hotel for bus stops, although valet was awesome in their attempts to get our vehicle as close to the doors as possible. Hallways and rooms need a good deep clean; bathrooms are tiny with no fan/exhaust. We had to return our meal to the hotel restaurant as there was a gigantic bug in our salad (we were reimbursed); had to walk to another restaurant for our dinner. I really, truly, wanted to love our stay - the saving grace are the wonderful staff we met during our 4-day stay.

Stayed for one night but had a wonderful experience. Beautiful and clean room and very friendly staff. Valet parking was convenient too. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms were average i would say. There are no drawers in the rooms to unpack your clothes into,which is a bit inconvenient. Not a bad walk from the property to St Catherine street and lots of restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

What a great hotel! The location is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and affordable with a great view. And it was so quiet! I had a great night sleep every night. Love the kitchenette! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Montreal. Highly recommend!

Nice.. walking distance to everything

Very nice hotel. I had an issue with the shower and maintenance came up immediately and resolved the issue. Room is spacious.
