My hubby and I stayed here for my birthday week celebration and we loved it. Rooms are pretty standard but comfy and very quiet for being in a city. Hotel reception were very helpful and the restaurant on site was Italian and it was really good

This property was just ok. The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfy, but housekeeping wasn’t up to par. I found an empty soap box in the bathroom (which made me wonder how well it was cleaned), and a lot of dust in the corners and in the crystal lamp, which was really obvious when it was on. The closet light didn’t turn off properly, and it was finicky to get it to stay off.
There was no hot water the first night, and I had to go to their sister property across the street in order to take a shower. It may have been ok, but the weather was awful so I was chilled on the way back, waiting for the light. The manager did nothing to acknowledge that inconvenience during the rest of my stay. A proper apology would’ve been nice.
Pros include that it’s a fairly convenient location, with a bus that goes by out front, and two metro stations within walking distance. It’s close to Concordia university, so there are lots of cheap eats around.

Great location, city bus to many fun districts is right out the front door, plenty of eateries of all stripes. Very modern and hip surroundings, hotel thermostat was hard to keep steady, bedding is set up,for cold weather but a bit warm in Spring. Elevator floor numbers were hands to see. Actual rooms were nice and spacious, only minus was the thermostat, house keeping did not replenish the coffee pods or waters but available if one asked front desk.

The renovations done at this hotel were lacking in several areas (poorly finished floors, cracks in the ceiling in the bathrooms, etc..) left quite a bit to be desired.
My request for no housekeeping was ignored, despite the door hanger being on. Seems only the "do not disturb - resting" sign was respected.
The continental breakfast does not warrant the 25$ tax.
However, the location is A and the staff are all lovely. The Concierges are quick to offer all sorts of recommendations.

DO NOT STAY THIS HOTEL! I paid for the vallet service to have my car parked which was already expensive. Last night I went to the front desk to ask them to bring my car, and they could not find the valley guy for ONE HOUR. I lost my reservations at the restaurant and they ruined my last day on the trip. The vallet man disappeared for 1 hour and they had no idea where he was and refused to send anyone else to get my car. They called him and just continued to tell me “sorry ma’am we don’t know where he is”. They left me stranded in the hotel lobby for an hour and all my plans got cancelled due to this. They vallet was already very expensive, be very careful, they are a scam. There are so many other wonderful hotels in the downtown area that are more reliable to stay in.

Je m'attendais à une propreté irréprochable pour un 4 étoile mais malheureusement j'ai était déçu de l'état de la chambre, on peut remarqué pas mal de marque d'usure et des coin pas assez propre dans les pièces, donc ça ne vaut clairement pas le prix. J'ai déjà vue des hôtel avec 2-3 étoiles plus clean que ça.
Sinon le personnel est super et le lit hyper confortable !
