The women working at the front desk were outstandingly helpful, polite and friendly! the room was super clean and i had a great view from my room. I will always stay here again. the neighborhood is super cool, lots to walk around and shop and eat.

Stay away from the breakfast. $25 for food that you could find better at a soup kitchen. The staff and rooms were great and I would recommend the hotel. Just stay away from the breakfast.

Staff wer helpful, room was clean but it (classic room)was very small and the bathroom was super small ( open floor space was about 2x3 to 4 feet) I feel it was overpriced at approx 220 total Overall. It was ok but there was little aound re restaurants fast food, corner store there was a mat for winter boots but so little space you had to walk on it to get to fridge or into bathroom. We loved our stay at the Sens. Great location. Clean, good sized room. Comfortable bed and pillows. INCREDIBLE team working at the front desk. We felt very welcomed, they answered all of our questions and went out of their way to make sure our time in Montreal was amazing. We will be back.

Staff was great and helped me find my way to the location. Initially got sent to hotel that was closed. Very helpful and friendly Spacious and clean room. Awesome shower but water pressure took time to get warm.

The facilities were mediocre at best. The shower was not working well at all and the room was not well kept. Temperature control was broken that it was too hot for sleep.
Billed as a luxury hotel but is anything but.
Check in was fine. Staff were fine.

The hotel was nice but I give them 3 stars because the valet parking left a lot of ice in the temperature knob in the car and then with salt inside the knob was making sounds. The other knob of fan speed of course was clean and did not have the same squaky sound with crap inside of it. He should have taken the gloves of to move the temperature, it was all dirty and cover in snow on the control zone because of this. No I will not trust that valet parking guy again with any car because of the lack of care. That never happened before to be honest.
