Our concierge, Robert, was truly the best. Kind, friendly, charming, helpful, and ensured we were taken care of with the duties assigned to him. Such a lovely man!

Stayed here during my first trip to Montreal and couldn’t have chosen a better location! The hotel is just steps from the STM Guy-Concordia metro, making it easy to explore the city. There are lots of great restaurants close by and it’s only about 10 minutes from the train station, which was so convenient. The property was very clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even accommodating a late check-in when our train arrived late. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Montreal.

Our room was very spacious, nicely renovated, light and airy , with lots of windows as we had a corner room. It's a good location, within walking distance to shops in Rue Ste Catherine, restaurants in Rue Crescent, and to Old Montreal. We used the hotel valet parking which was efficient and very convenient.

My room needed some renovations. Peeling paint in the bathroom and just overall not polished. Air conditioner was really loud and startled me out of my sleep when it turned on and off. Location is good, not by the hustle and bustle. The Italian restaurant downstairs is good. Nice and helpful staff.

Recently stayed here for 5 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was located very close to a metro station, overall a very nice area! Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Would stay here again!

The staff is very kind and helpful! The room was beautifully decorated, and the hotel is very well-located. However, the cleaning was poor (I found hair on the floor and walls in the shower, as well as food in the fridge). I also found the room very noisy, with a loud and constant machine operating (it seemed to be the elevator motor, as the room was located beside it).

The staff at Sens Hotel are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Housekeeping does an exceptional job. Returning to my clean, comfortable room after a long day always felt like a treat. On my most recent trip, a flight cancellation led me to rebook an extra night at Sens. I had been up all night at the airport and contacted the hotel to see if I could check in early. Not only did they accommodate my 9 a.m. arrival, but they were also genuinely sympathetic about the airline chaos. Their compassion and readiness to help meant so much. I always choose Sens when I visit Montreal, and I’ll continue to do so. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and I especially appreciate the absence of carpeting. Such a plus! Highly recommended.

Our 8-night stay at this hotel was disappointing. The website promised a tea maker and coffee maker, but we only got a Nespresso machine. When we asked for a tea maker, staff told us to check back later, only to say none were available. The manager first denied the website’s claim, then, after we showed her the listing, dismissively said to use the Nespresso without a coffee capsule for tea, despite the clear "tea maker" description. Also, the A/C was broken , and the window wouldn’t open, forcing us to switch rooms at midnight on the first night—a major hassle. While some staff were friendly, this didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again.

The hotel was kept very clean! This area is perfect as it has easy accessibility to restaurants and public transportation. I did not have much trouble navigating the area as everything was so close by. I highly recommend.

It was a little bit noisy as you can listen to the metro in your room. Our Room was on 7th floor. But it is ok

Our experience was not pleasant at all. The bathroom was dirty and the lavatory sink was clogged! Terrible experience specially that there was no on site parking and valet parking doesn't seem to be assuring.
