The staff is excellent. We had trouble with our keycards on the last morning and they went above and beyond to help. The location is excellent. A one block stroll downhill to the Metro gets you everywhere. There are dozens of restaurants within ten minutes, and the proximity to the art museum is also great. The room was tidy and cool. The bed incredibly comfortable. The a/c flawless. We will absolutely plan on staying here again.

Staff was outstanding. Valet parking not the best set-up, could be better. Room was impeccable and very spacious. Bathroom had a stand-up shower rather than a tub which we liked. Did not each at the restaurant attached to the hotel, though had one drink & 2 NA beers there one of the evenings and the bill was over $50.00 CDN, very expensive. Only downside to the location of the hotel, it was more a distance from the core downtown than I we have liked. A lot of walking.

Only problem was that the beds were too soft. Not good for people with back problems … like me.

J'y étais pour le travail pour une durée de 5 nuitées. Il n'y a pas de stationnement, le valet va garer la voiture dans les rues avoisinantes. Ma voiture a été grafignée assurement par des passants. Un matin, bien que j'ai appelé pour approcher ma voiture, lorsque j'étais prête à sortir, les clefs étaient encore accrochées. On m'a oubliée. Une odeur enmagasinée dans les murs et les rideaux.La chambre sentait la cigarette. Il faut attendre plusieurs minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude dans la douche. Pas de micro-onde. Le climatiseur fait un bruit impressionnant. Je me réveillais chaque fois qu'il repartait. J'ai donc manqué de sommeil. N'allez pas au restaurant. Ce n'est pas digne du tout d'un restaurant italien. Une salade césar avec des coeurs de laitue iceberg, des croûtons et du fromage en poudre. Et le prix.... c'est rire des gens. Les pâtes m'ont levées le coeur. Je n'ai pas mangé. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Atención excelente, todos muy amables. El desayuno muy rico. Estuve muy a gusto, muchísimas gracias por su atención y buen servicio. Felicidades!

Great experience.. very nice staff

The size of my room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was turned off by the general state of the room however. There were many paint scuffs on the walls, the kitchenette was very poorly equipped, and the curtains were damaged and not hanging properly so did not cover the entire window and let in quite a bit of light at night. It was also right next to the gym so I could hear people dropping weights when they worked out, and that was quite loud. All in all, it was okay ... the location was convenient for where I needed to be in Montreal and the neighbourhood is very nice. The staff were excellent, providing a replacement hair dryer for the one that did not work in the room. Cleaning staff were mostly good though this was not consistent. Overall an average stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had some issues with our air conditioner so the room was very hot. They were able to fix it, but it didn’t seem to work very well. Very clean and close to lots of amenities. Staff was able to hold our bags at checkout and ordered us a taxi to go to the airport.

Clean, large rooms and very comfy beds. Location was ideal, walking distance to great restaurants, entertainment, shopping and sightseeing.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They only have valet parking which was convenient. It costs $40 for in and out. If you want to pay less there are other parking options by using a parking app that is also close and easy to use.

It was a nice fairly large room and very clean. The breakfast buffet was the only negative thing about the stay, way too expensive for what they served.

I stayed with my family at the SENS hotel and we had two rooms. My room had a broken shower, the main door latch was broken, the bed was sinking in. So I went to the reception and asked for a new room. The reaction I got was absolutely terrible. The guy at the front desk kept telling me that he cannot move me to a new room because the hotel was completely full. After me repeatedly telling him it’s a safety concern, he kept reiterating that he can’t help and that I needed to wait for his manager. When I asked if there are no vacant rooms how exactly will the manager help, he started smirking. I have never met such a rude receptionist before. Fortunately the other lady (his coworker) stepped in and helped me eventually and gave me another room. So very thankful for that. The room where my parents were staying, the AC kept having issues to the point that it was hot and uncomfortable. But when I reported about this, the lady at the night shift was very helpful and moved us to another room. To top this, while I was checking out, the receptionist told me that there was a $115 restaurant charge along with the parking for my room. I clarified repeatedly that I had not used the restaurant and the charges could be from the previous occupant since my room was changed. I was promised that the charges would be removed, but I was still charged for it at a later date which I had to call in to report. Still waiting on the refund. Don’t stay here as it’s nothing like a 4 star hotel!

Rooms are a great size, bathroom is small, the lobby bar area was always closed even to enjoy a works space or afternoon coffee

Great location and beautiful renovated rooms with a very comfortable bed! We live staying at Sens Hotel every time we come to Mtl.

The SENS was the perfect spot for our group. We walked everywhere. It’s close to Eaton Center so we walked and close to great restaurants. We also walked to Old Montreal. We took an Uber back as we were tired.

Hotel was amazing, parking is only valet and the breakfast isn’t worth it but there’s a breakfast place nearby which is perfect. Will definitely come back
