nice front desk staff. decent room that looks newly renovated, wasn't noisy when i was there with my dog. great for a night for sure. good location and there's an amazing cafe 2 minute walk away Cafe Cote. they ran out of parking when i checked in so i had to figure that out myself. ended up using street parking.

We had an excellent experience. Modern place and great daily housekeeping. Staff was helpful and place was really quiet, even if we went during the holiday season. Great location as well.

Was only here for one night after taking the train from Québec City and planning on flying out early the next morning. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean and the decor in the rooms was very fun. The bathroom had a great mirror the shower was very nice. I wish we got to stay longer to have more of the experience. Staff was also at the check in desk 24 which was very helpful when where were checking out at 3:00AM. They were also very helpful and kind for anything we needed.

The room was fine. I wouldn't say it was spotless but it was okay. The floor in the shower area had cracks. The ceiling had cracks. And the tiles in the room have gaps which led to lots of silver fish coming into the room. When we ran out of shower gel, the staff never responded. But overall, it was fine.

Rooms and hotel amenities are not as shown in pictures. Pictures look way better. That being said, the hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The room was spacious, well lit and well distributed. But the look and feel was pretty blend.

I was sadden that bar and food service was not available my entire stay. I know it’s the holidays but they could have opened on 12/26. Other than that it was a very good stay. I had a new reservationist that was very see, kind and polite!

I’ve stayed here five times right now. I have absolutely zero complaints. They always have water on deck. There is valet parking for $40 a night. It has everything you want and everything you need.
