Check in was easy. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking was excellent.

The rooms were average i would say. There are no drawers in the rooms to unpack your clothes into,which is a bit inconvenient. Not a bad walk from the property to St Catherine street and lots of restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

What a great hotel! The location is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and affordable with a great view. And it was so quiet! I had a great night sleep every night. Love the kitchenette! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Montreal. Highly recommend!

Nice.. walking distance to everything

Very nice hotel. I had an issue with the shower and maintenance came up immediately and resolved the issue. Room is spacious.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Great one night stay.

Clean rooms and fairly modern, with wood floors. Comfortable bedding and in an incredibly convenient part of town. Gym was small but sufficient. While front desk staff was polite, restaurant manager was incredible. If I’m nit picky, some of the finishing could use a touch up like paint around window frames or old, chewed up doors. Despite this, I would stay again.

The room , i pay to much for the stay and pay for the parking and for the breakfast its unbelievable

Our stay was great. The room was nice and clean and the staff were helpful. The only confusion was around the continental breakfast that we thought was included but is not. Lots of places to get coffee and breakfast around so not a big deal. I would stay there again.

Amazing hotel, had a great time, great staff, very clean, very good location

Nothing worked in the room. The radio was broken, the phone didn’t work, the heater was broken. It took over an hour for someone to come to the room to fix the heater. A cleaning lady just walked into our room within the first hour of us being there. She didn’t knock and just walked right in. The heater itself was so loud and kept us up all night. I’m not one to write reviews, but i definitely felt like I needed to write something for this stay. We will not be back again.

Had a lovely valentines stay at Sens hotel. The staff is very warm & welcoming and always available at front. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures.
