Excellent value for the price. Room was a good size, well finished with good quality furniture. The public areas likewise.

Hotel was nice but the bed was a nightmare. Ive never slept on a bed so noisy.

Rooms are very clean.

Rooms super dated and both the bed and sofa bed were super uncomfortable. Me and my partner had a terrible sleep. Staff were ok. Breakfast was fine.

Lovely room. Very clean Comfortable bed. Could check in before 3pm but a whopping £10 an hour charge...but they could keep your luggage for free. Staff were very polite and friendly. Would stay again.

We had to extend our stay after our flight was cancelled and although the room we were in was not available the lady on the front desk was just wonderful. She made sure we could move straight to another room and all was easy.

The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food and lots of vegetarian options. The room was clean but unfortunately our bed squeaked every time we moved, not sure if something was broken. We only stayed the 1 night so didn’t bother to report it.

Staff great, bar food great and quick despite a function and full restaurant. All clean. Only tiny let down shower head holder wouldn't stay up, reported to reception.

Stayed here a few times as it’s close to my son’s university in Cirencester. Location is great. Staff are always very helpful. My ONLY issue are the beds - not the most comfortable but we will be coming back!

Really nice hotel, foyer very spacious and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast, however the room we incredibly hot and difficult to sleep. The ac is linked to a central system to limited control.

Staff were friendly. Facilities good. Room was spacious and clean. Room window didnt shut properly.
