The Pand Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the facilities, lounge and bar all excellent. A particular note that the hotel staff were professional and friendly, nothing was any trouble at all.

We stayed in the master suite. It’s a large room for a couple, but we enjoy our space. It was so clean and so comfortable. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect for exploring.

Exceptional stay at the Pand. Been to Bruges a few times and this hotel is my favorite. Location is fantastic, staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

This is a beautiful, quaint hotel in a great location. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and included champagne. The entire hotel is cozy and beautifully decorated. The room we had (top floor) included a big jacuzzi tub for two, which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The location was close to everything. I highly recommend!!

Charming boutique hotel, staff is very helpful, EV charging and parking on premises

A beautiful boutique hotel with a great location in Bruges. Staff is exemplary, and my stay was excellent. The room was quaint but well appointed. The only negative was the wi-fi. It consistently dropped, and I had to reconnect several times a day. This needs some immediate attention. I was on the first floor of the hotel, so I don't feel like it was an access point issue. Once I was connected I had a decent connection.

I cannot recommend this property enough!!!! Prime location!!!!! Breakfast with champagne was a perfect way to start everyday! Staff was very friendly, informative and helpful! Room was 5 Star! My son loved the chess set in our room. Very dark, comfortable bed. Private parking too! Recommended for romantics getaways. We went as a family but I see how not many kids stay here. It’s quiet. It’s quaint. It’s peaceful. Worth every penny! You don’t be disappointed!

Close proximity to restaurants, museums and walking streets. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Our room had a overly small bath. I would book a larger room next time.

Beautiful and perfectly located. The bathroom was a bit small. We had the Junior suite room 106 which is one large room, not a seperate bedroom. Excellent staff and parking in front of the hotel. Best location!

Amazing place

The hotel was comfortable and charming. We were greeted with a glass of cava and extremely professional and friendly staff. Breakfasts were served with the possibility of eating fruit salad, bacon and eggs, various breads and cheeses and latte’s or other coffees and teas. Best of all we were offered cava for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great customer service, providing recommendations for dinner and best beer locations. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again during future visits! Breakfast looked amazing, although we opted to eat out at local restaurants. The hotel bar is lovely and relaxing. Great location!
