This was a very nice hotel. One of our favorites on our trip. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was nice and conveniently located. I wish we had time to enjoy the spa.

I had lovely stay at this hotel in the center of Cologne. It was my first time using a German spa, The main sauna has a old custom ritual when a person heat up the suna with lemongrass herbs on the hour, I absolutely loved it! Outdoor hot pool and indoor pool, cold tub, Jacuzzi. Never have I been to a spa and felt so relaxed and free from stress. Friendly checking in and out. Rooms clean and modern. I had the best sleep here, must have to come back.

Great place! Great price! Spa was amazing. The breakfast was delicious! We couldn't be more pleased!

just ok if you need to stay at that neighborhood

The rooms are small and so are the beds. The pillows are uncomfortable and the shower is small. The maids came once to make our beds during a 5 night stay. The spa and sauna is nude so we did not use it. The breakfast was good but pricy. Staff was OK. They clearly do not care for Americans by their attitudes towards us. Will not return.

Everything was quite great. Quick check in with nice staff, comfortable location, great facilities. Breakfast is quite good, even with decent coffee. I'll likey stay again

We needed to change our room due to a loft bedroom with narrow stairs. We were able to change and it worked out. It was awkward to have to exit the building and walk around the block to get to and from the lobby/ restaurant.

The room had bugs, so the occupant (our son) requested a different room. They did comply, but then accused him of damaging the TV. It was not true anyhow, and it then turned out that they accused him before even talking to any others (cleaning and maintenance personnel) who had access to the room. Overall, the facility was dirty and shabby - both rooms, elevator, etc. Overall impression was borderline disastrous, and anyhow the standard of a 4-star hotel was definitely not met. Beware the room damage scam/trap - we recommend taking a pic of your room to document the condition and avoid unfounded accusations!

The hotel was terrible. They changed out rooms three times. The first room was not 3 beds like we requested, the second room bathroom wasn’t working. The shower wasn’t draining and it the bathroom was flooded. Front desk was rude to us. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
