better youch up your building,parking lot,canopy access to the lobby and more light on the perking area for better comfort n look the hotel already complete with many facilities mybe also you can have more water sport during holiday, it must be more attractive for the vusitor. love the pool very much, it has warm water which more comfortable during rain condition. nice and many option of breakfast.

A hotel integrated with the beach. The room views are excellent, overlooking the ocean. You can see both sunset and sunrise. The rooms are clean. The Wi-Fi is always on and has a good signal. Breakfast offers a varied menu. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel will be our family's first choice when visiting Pelabuhan Ratu.

Similar to the Anyer Samudra Beach Hotel, with more spacious rooms and lower food prices. Hopefully, it will remain in business and profitable so that maintenance and operational costs can be optimized.

Overall, my stay here was really good. The view is really beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean. The food was delicious. The hotel staff was friendly. The check-in process was fast. There's only one thing that needs attention. The swimming pool isn't very clean. Improve the cleanliness of the swimming pool. ☺☺ But it was still a fun staycation at Grand Inna Samudra Beach😍😍

I stayed in room 706, the view from the balcony Masya Allah is beautiful, the room is clean, the staff are friendly, the service is good, it has a private beach and is kids friendly, but the check-in time is too long at 3 o'clock before we can enter the room, the food is varied but some of the food is too salty, maybe in the future it can be improved again, the rest is all ok, those who want to stay can try with a view facing the sea and access to the sandy beach with rooms that all have balconies

A legendary hotel. The exterior renovation has successfully removed the previously creepy aura. The staff are all nice. But it's a shame the interior hasn't been updated. - The water pressure in the shower is very low. This is a problem from the old days. - Basic discipline, like staffing schedules, is still lacking --> check-in is only possible at 4 PM, and towels in the pool area are out... this is definitely due to a shortage of staff. We know it's peak season, so we should have anticipated this by hiring extra shifts.

Check-in took a long time, with the excuse that the room wasn't ready... and I had to wait an hour, even though I arrived at the scheduled check-in time of just past 2:00 PM. While showering, I realized there were no towels in the room, and I had to wait wet until they were delivered. It's overrated, and for the price, we expect better service.

- Trash strewn around the hotel area - Old building, poorly maintained, failing to preserve the architectural masterpiece of the first Indonesian president - The area around the TPS LB3 hotel is extremely dirty, with trash everywhere - There is a poorly maintained geotourism site (ancient lava outcrop) around TPSLB3

This is my second time staying here...overall very satisfied, the kids are very happy, because the facilities are complete and the view from the room is really amazing☺️ Next time I go to the harbor, I think I'll stay here again🥰
