Every aspect is above and beyond

Hotel is in a very upmarket part of Madrid (Salamanca)but in a quiet side road which makes it ideal for seeing other interesting places. Lots of restaurants and posh shops in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have so can't comment. Single room was spacious and very clean.

Air conditioner didn't work properly and it was very uncomfortable in our room. We didn't report it because we wete in a hurry next AM.

Is not a 4 star hotel. Location is good and breakfast is decent.

Excellent, quiet location, with great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, but can be improved. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they turned off the air conditioning without any warning, or at least they didn't warn me, and the room was extremely hot the last night. They should warn the guests…

Great location and friendly staff

Easy access to transportation and several restaurants in the area.

The hotel was in a good location for a business trip, rather than a site seeing one. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The big issues I had were that the shower temperature would jump to boiling hot every few minutes and the AC. The thermostat system is so loud that I didn’t sleep at all the first night, and for the remaining nights had to turn it off before bed. And on my final morning something must have gone wrong as I was woken up by what sounded like a jet engine in the vents. Overall the hotel is fine for a night or two but there are issues.

Our stay was excellent. The fan in the room was brilliant. The bathroom was amazing.
