Original room reserved was not as described and when I was changed to a new room, the room provided had clearly not be cleaned as when I folded back the sheets there were large black hairs etc in the bed. Front desk clerk came up to the 4th floor to give me new bedding and towels but I had to change the bed myself etc. as it was late at night. I later discovered a beer bottle cap by the bed which I stepped on. I had a busy schedule and was not able to move to another hotel or I would have the next day. At checkout, the room I was moved to, the dirty one, was $30 more per night despite that I went from a king bed to a queen bed and the clerk said sorry about the condition of the room and removed the $30/night charge but nothing else. Pathetic customer service.
