Everything was amazing from check-in to the breakfast/restaurant staff to the housekeepers. Everyone was super nice and extremely pleasant! Breakfast was awesome and their service was stellar! Will 100% be back!

Except being a bit old, Good price for the location, cleanness and we'll maintained inn. Parking is easy.

I have mobility issues, thankfully an experienced staff member was on duty at the time of check in. The first girl that tried to help didn’t seem to understand that I was unable to print anything at that time. She kept asking me for the form, the experienced staffer thankfully overheard and stepped in.

Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Staff were efficient. I do recommend you plan to eat elsewhere as the restaurant on site was sub par and there aren't any other restaurants close by. There is a Tim Hortons and fast food restaurant a block away if you arent' looking for a meal.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. I made a reservation by mistake and contacted the hotel immediately after realizing the error. Despite reaching out right away, I was not offered any support or flexibility and was directed back to Expedia. I understand booking policies, but good customer service also means trying to help guests in unexpected situations. This experience left me very disappointed, and I would not choose this hotel again.
